How do I get matched with a tutor?
After enrolling, we ask about your subject, level, goals and learning style. We then match you with the most suitable tutor from our team. If the match is not right after the first session, we will find you a better fit — at no extra charge.
What technology do I need?
A stable internet connection, a webcam and a microphone. We use Zoom or Google Meet — whichever you prefer. No special software is required. Your tutor will share resources directly in the session or via your dashboard.
Can I choose my tutor?
Yes, for most subjects. You can browse tutor profiles in your student dashboard and request a specific tutor, subject to their availability. We always try to accommodate tutor preferences.
What if I need to cancel a session?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged. Rescheduling is always free with sufficient notice.
Is tutoring available for professional exams?
Absolutely. We support students preparing for healthcare licensing exams (NCLEX, TEAS, HESI, NHA), graduate entrance exams (GRE, GMAT) and professional certifications alongside academic subjects at all levels.
